Cape Cod Billiard & Dart Supply wants our customers to be happy with their purchases. We will accept returns
when the following conditions are met:
- Item arriving with visible damage to package and or product. Please
refuse it and call us immediately. We will promptly send you a new one. Items received damaged due to shipping
require a claim to the carrier. Call the carrier and Cape Cod Billiard & Dart Supply immediately.
- All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number,
which can be obtained by sending an email to dave@capecodbilliardanddart.com or by calling 508-991-2298 with your reason for return.
- Return Authorization Number must be obtained within three (3) days.
- Returned items must be shipped pre-paid to Cape Cod Billiard & Dart
Supply within 10 days.
- All items to be returned must be in unused, new condition. Pool cues
must be unchalked.
- All returns must be returned in original packaging.
- Your account will be credited for merchandise amount only unless product
is defective.
